Nuts and Dry Fruits Council (India) [NDFC(I)] joined hands with the All India Cashew Association (AICA) to host the Kaju Mahotsav on the third day of the 3rd AICA Cashew Convention 2026 in Jaipur, celebrating cashews as a cherished part of everyday Indian festivities.

The festival brought colour and cheer to the convention, placing cashews at the centre of a vibrant culinary showcase.
